Rental Rates

October 1 – 31: $750 per week

June 1 – 30 and September 1 – 30: $900 per week

July 1 through August 31: $1000 per week

Check in time is Saturday 2 PM; check out time is Saturday 11 AM

Rules and Procedures

Pets are allowed; 2 pets maximum

A $250 deposit is due at the time of booking, with the balance due 1 month before arrival

We accept checks or Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover through Paypal (andysongs@yahoo.com)
