This newly-constructed home consists of three levels, each with its own deck overlooking the ocean. The main level contains one bedroom, a full bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, the living room (with satellite dish TV plus a tuned Baldwin Acrosonic piano!) and the dining area, which opens onto a large deck with a gas grill and an outdoor dining area. Stairs lead from this deck to the parking area and also to the stairway built into the hillside that leads down to the gravel beach, where you can collect sea glass, shells and other treasures, and even go clamming.

The lower level contains two spacious bedrooms, each opening onto the fully screened-in lower deck, plus a large, luxurious bathroom complete with a jacuzzi tub. An on-demand hot water system ensures a never-ending supply of hot water for long, relaxing soaks. A laundry room with family-sized washer and dryer completes this level.

The spacious upper loft boasts two full-sized futons plus floor cushions for late-night TV viewing, long conversations or board games, plus a telescope for star-gazing from the upper deck. The futons open up to full-sized beds, complete with sheets, pillows and blankets.
